Not receiving any of my gift cards

I haven't received any of my samples or even my gift cards since December. This is not what I am use to with your company.

User's recommendation: They are great when they are getting the stuff out.

I’ve been blocked

I got a blocked message as I was putting in for a sample product and the showed a lock and said I was locked call customer service.

My order

I claimed my orders online and was told to wait 45 weeks, It has been 2 months and I have not received any packages, keep in mind I just started to use Pinch me, I looked at my order history and it still shows Order Placed. My question is, Should I wait a little longer or should I do something else?
